At THUNDER VOID · 玄震 (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and issues relating to digital services are handled for purchases made through thundervoid.shop.
1. Returns for Physical Products
We accept returns of eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- unused;
- unworn;
- unaltered; and
- returned in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived:
- damaged;
- defective; or
- incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning any item.
3. Personalized Digital Readings
Because personalized digital readings are custom-prepared services, they are final sale once preparation has started or the reading has been delivered.
If your reading is not delivered within 24 hours after successful payment, please contact us at wu36348@gmail.com. We will review the order and either resend the reading or provide another appropriate resolution.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- clear photos of the item and its packaging.
After review, we may offer a replacement, resend, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise required by law, the following are generally non-returnable:
- personalized digital readings once preparation has started;
- digital goods already delivered;
- used or altered physical items;
- items returned without original packaging; and
- return requests made outside the applicable return window.
